Working with a range of clients who choose threapy for various reasons. You might be feeling anxious, emotional and having trouble making sense of your thoughts and feelings. Perhaps you are feeling at bit hopeless and feelings of depression are weighing heavily on you. Maybe you are looking to understand your self, searching for insights on why you do what you do. Or you are needing some support during a life transition and want to make sense of your relationships. Are you coming to terms with a bereavement? Trying to over come trauma or an eating disorder? or simply on a journey to gain more self awareness, self love and acceptance.
